C-RAC Letter to ED on Complaints Guidance

Washington, D.C – October 20, 2023 – This week, the Council of Regional Accrediting Commissions (C-RAC) sent a letter to the U.S. Department of Education reiterating their commitment to handling student complaints responsibly. The letter also addresses recent guidance from the Department related to this issue.
